• Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Enter part data into the system, confirm correct part numbers, and confirm warranty dates.
• Communicate with vendors for return manufacturing authorization numbers, and provide tracking information.
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments according to company and customer specifications.

Truck unload

Accept truck deliveries and unload contents efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sort and organize packages for easy access and proper placement.
• Replenish the product on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory counts and proper procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and receiving area.
• Collaborate with team members and department leads to meet stocking timelines and priorities.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Price Accuracy

Responsible for ensuring all merchandise is marked accurately and properly signed. Maintained the store's integrity by updating price changes, executing clearance markdowns, and supporting promotional events.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and update pricing labels to reflect current prices, promotions, and markdowns.
• Execute clearance price changes, and ensure proper signage is displayed.
• Audit the sales floor to identify and correct price discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized clearance area.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to pricing and promotions.

Key leadership role in supporting daily operations. Responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise house staff to maintain high standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-spot training and feedback as needed.
• Ensure all policies are being followed and met.
• Address and resolve all customer concerns.
• Perform cash handling, including shift cash outs, deposits, and register audits.
• Run reports at the end of the day.
• Communicate shift summaries and any operational issues to the general manager.
• Lock up of building for security at the end of shift.
