I am a very dedicated CNA/HHA. My goal is to help those of any age in any way that I can with my 19+ years of experience in the professional nursing field. I feel qualified with my strong history of medical practice and background, with strive to improve each day. I have extensive knowledge and background since '96. I have worked in many environments such as home to home care under an agency. Also I have done superior nurse staffing, experienced other atmospheres such as specialized memory care units, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities to name a few. To lend both hands when helping those in need is so rewarding and any work I can do to make a difference is what I live for. date) I have 7+ years of experience as a activity coordinator. I’m conscientious of residents feelings and enjoy listening to their stories. I Want them to strive for their independence and praise them with face eye level. I allow them choices and to share their own ideas. I observe their behavior to see if they are proud or uneasy in any situation. I want them to be creative and share their ideas. This is what I strive for and I love what I do.
