• Handled daily support and issue resolution of HiPerformance where issues ranged in complexity from incorrect daily/monthly returns to production down scenarios
• Supervised offshore team of developers responsible for delivering audits and reports for various in house systems; NGA (Next Generation Audit) and MDH (Market Data Hub)
