I am interested in this position due to my dedication and love I have for Oxford. I have been in an Officer role since my second week in Oxford. I have read the manuals, and the guidelines many times. I have helped open several housed down in Chapters 1, 11, 13. Such as Chalcedony, Axilla, and Opal 2. I have been leading the Newcomer Orientation for Chapters 1, 11, and 13 for a year so far. I also make the excel spreadsheet for the HSR house visit assignments each month. I am eager to continue to learn and grow with Oxford. I have been present at many house meetings in the 2 years I have been here, providing guidance and suggestions to houses that are struggling or in need of help. I have found a new freedom in my life with Oxford and wish to take what I've learned and bring unity and structure to the current and future residents.
