As a NA at the Nursing Home I was at I focus on providing direct patient care (ADLs, mobility, vitals, emotional support), documentation (vitals, intake/output, EHR), team collaboration and maintaining a safe, clean environment. And of course building relationships with my patients

My job title was a team member a fast-paced customer service, preparing and serving food/treats, operating registers, and maintaining cleanliness, focusing on creating a positive "fan" experience through teamwork, menu knowledge, and efficient order fulfillment in a fun, dynamic environment.
