Thanks to my great customer service, I was mostly in the front lobby where I greeted customers face to face, took orders, made drinks for them, and cleaned anything needed to keep everything as clean as possible. I was always in headset taking orders through drive-thru because of my good selling skills where I promoted new products in the store. I am mostly in the window taking out orders and taking clients' phone numbers to sign them up for our rewards program. I was fast and reliable regarding taking out and helping others in their positions doing food, cleaning, and stocking up.
