As a closer at Howard Hanna I am responsible for balancing CDs, ensuring that RESPA timing requirements have been met, and completing documents that meet all underwriter conditions as well as Federal and State requirements. I am also responsible for communicating with Loan Officers about their files. I am also tasked with coordinating closings with title companies in some areas. Once the final docs have been pulled I also make sure the funding balances with title.

During my short time at CSS I have worked on both purchases and refinances. Depending on the state, branch, and customer my duties varied. I would be responsible for balancing CDs for some offices and simply clear title for others. I would schedule closings for some offices and simply make sure we had docs on others. For a few offices I would be responsible for making sure our system balanced with the incoming wire as well.

During my 8 years 11 months at Crosscountry Mortgage I worked with Encompass and Doc Magic. Most recently Encompass. I volunteered to close for any branch in any state so my skills in any given state would not decline. I was also recruited to close for the intake team that worked with new branches bringing them up to speed with the cross-country way of doing things. I was also selected for several other special projects. I did close enough to earn a bonus every month one was available. I have closed FHA 203b and 203k loans as well as VA and conventional loans.

I generated closing documents to meet All federal, state, and local guidelines have been met. Review file to verify all underwriting conditions have been completed. I closed CEMA and CoOp loans in New York, FHA, and VA loans.
