Led school transformation by developing a clear vision and mission that guided instructional practices and community involvement. Designed and implemented a unique master schedule that promoted a sense of belonging through advisory at the heart, excellent instruction and student engagement, department PLCs during the school day, and data driven decision making. Enhanced family and community engagement through targeted outreach initiatives and collaborative partnerships. Designed and implemented a dual language pathway K-12 in Tyee service area, promoting bilingual education and cultural competency.

Implemented tiered academic and behavior supports, including Positive Behavior and Intervention Supports (PBIS), to improve student outcomes. Collaborated with families through PTA and community events, fostering engagement and communication during regular student-led conferences.
