• As a kitchen staff, it was my responsibility to prep the food for the customer at the correct temperature and all orders to be made under five minutes.

Present the menu, answer questions, take orders, and make recommendations.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order.

Issue bills and accept payment.

Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude and respond quickly to issues.

• Monitoring sales metrics. Track and monitor daily goals & front-end selling metrics, including impulse items.
• Training partners: coach partners in the moment and long term
• Troubleshooting equipment & technology such as POS, coupons & self checkout.

• At Caterpillar I worked on the assembly line. We work as a team to put together parts of an engine. We all have a part to add before we send it down the assembly line. I added the oil jets, & the CR pump.
