Highly skilled individual working in food manufacturing. Over the last 9 years I’ve acquired many skill sets and qualities. Such as overseeing production/packaging teams and processes in a leadership role, while also offering my assistance and support through troubleshooting techniques. Ultimately, I’m looking to expand my career by moving into a higher leadership role and continue to grow and help my company evolve and progress forward.

Production Ambassador | Super Ambassador

• Train incoming employees on the basic job functions, as well as making them feel welcome to the company. Answering any/all questions that they may have and accompanying them to their first break to assist in alleviating any anxiety they may have about the job task.
• I am a fully experienced trainer for operators in all departments from start to finish.

Backup Packaging/Production Supervisor

• Arrive 30-45 minutes earlier than shift start to consult with supervisor from previous shift regarding their run so that I can heed any issues that may occur during my run.
• Shift meetings and team stretches.
• Arrange position lineups on the production line and different operator areas as well as setting up breaks.
• I successfully filled in for supervisor a quarter of a year and still be able to give results from a safety quality production.
• Lead operator meetings to develop and motivate team.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining productivity levels in the absence of the production supervisor.
• Implementing process improvements and maintaining records/documentation.
