In my role as a Guest Experience Lead, I proactively assumed responsibility for Membership Captures within my store. Recognizing the opportunity for improvement, I embarked on this initiative with the aim of enhancing our performance metrics. Prior to my involvement, Membership Captures were consistently in the low to mid 60s. However, through my efforts and strategic interventions, I have successfully elevated these figures to a consistent range in the mid to high 70s, thereby demonstrating a marked improvement in our outcomes.
