I currently work on multi family homes and some single homes. I work on finding the appropriate wall to set my plumbing pipes in on the underground work by looking at the blueprints. Then on rough ins I look at all my counter top layouts and tub/shower size and start marking out all my waterclosets and fixture centers. Then I mark my walls so we can rough in the building with drains and water. Trim work i install the water heaters, bathroom lavs, faucets, toilets and shower trim. Then set the kitchen sink, faucet, air break and dishwasher. Then set the manifold in the mechanical room and test our water to each unit to fixtures.
Service work as well, know how to run a cable machine and jetter. Water heater replacements and installation. Kitchen/ bathroom remodels and house repiping. Sewer/ water repairs and replacements with a machine outside of foundation to tap/ meter.
