- I was both opening and closing bartender depending on day, did the restock for the beer cooler and normal opening and closing procedures for a bar, the bar also offered a full menu for lunch or dinner, from the restaurant, in the bar so I was also the waitress for the meals that people had ordered during the summer I also had the deck that we had opened when it was warm out.
