Over the years working at Dollywood's Splash Country I have developed a passion for water safety. I have established an importance for enforcing rules in order to keep everyone safe that is surrounded by a body of water. Going into this career I never monitored the vital role of lifeguarding until taking part in it myself. With this responsibility I have had several first hand incounters providing care to guests in need, handling emergency equipment, preforming skills, and inspecting water park conditions. I have been under several circumstances in dealing with various types of customers in my previous customer service role. While also being a full time pre-nursing student, planning to expand my education beyond a bachelors degree.
