I am a leader so I am responsible for opening and closing procedures. I assisting my team when accessing products locked up, and lead by example as a leader. I do daily opening and closing paperwork. I have sales goals I need to meet and coach my teams to their goals and challenge myself to complete all my margins by the end of every month. While educating and mentoring others.
