• Ensures that the Company complies with civil aviation security regulations and procedures in the regions where it operates,

• Ensures that the Company complies with immigration regulations in all regions where it operates and minimizes the risk of penalty costs for inadequately documented passengers,cargo, mail, and aircraft crews,

• Ensures training for employees working in sales, handling, and dispatch roles, as well as other staff in the areas of facilitation and fraud prevention,

• Ensures that the Company has an effective system in place for the protection of its material and intangible assets, its staff, service users, and the public, in accordance with international regulations related to this issue,

• Develops and revises the Company's Security Programme in line with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme of the Republic of Croatia and internationally applicable civil aviation security standards,

• Monitors activities and supervises defense-related operations,

• Assesses and monitors potential threats and risks, taking measures to minimize the likelihood of their occurrence; for this purpose, conducts regular and ad-hoc testing and inspections, depending on where the risk has occurred or may occur in the future,

• Monitors the implementation of the business plan related to security operations and suggests corrective measures,

• Represents the Company in matters of security, facilitation, and fraud prevention in contacts with international organizations dealing with these areas (ICAO, ECAC, IATA), as well as government agencies of a related profile (Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs), the police, immigration authorities, and diplomatic-consular representations of countries where the Company’s aircraft fly, and with other air carriers’ and airports' security and facilitation services,

• Ensures training for employees in the field of aviation security, facilitation, and fraud prevention,

• Takes timely actions within their scope of authority to ensure the system operates effectively,

• Manages quality and safety in accordance with the Quality Policy and Safety Policy,

• Ensures timely engagement of necessary resources for the creation and revision of quality and safety system documentation, as well as defining and implementing corrective actions,

• Establishes and maintains contacts with international organizations involved in fraud prevention (IATA, Interpol), as well as relevant stakeholders in Croatia,

• Develops training programs for employees in the field of aviation security,

• Organizes and conducts employee training programs in the field of aviation security,

• Develops plans for implementing quality control measures for the security program (inspections, audits, and tests).
