My primary role as a pre-match analyst is monitoring, offering and settling pre-match markets which are on a top events, such as UCL, Europa League, Euroleague, NBA and strongest leagues in football, top events in eSports (LCS, LEC, LCK, LPL, Worlds, MSI in league of legends, Majors and IEMs in Counter Strike and such.)

I was creating special and fantasy markets on football, basketball, NFL, cycling, motorsports, wintersports, eSports and such.

I solved inquiries in customer support (from questions where user doesn't know why bet is lost, to making bets for our VIP customers which aren't offered as a norm.)

Created lower grade events if there was room to offer them IP or PM

Made sure that there are no bets with wrong odd, or open markets when they should've been closed, making me last in the line of defense.

I was also trained in risk analytics which includes the monitoring role, where I perform audits, deeper investigation of our previous days, undertake analysis of risky markets that have had high success rate with our customers, examining accounts activity and appropriately stake factoring them.

Other duties that i performed within my role included training new employees for their job in the company.

I managed live betting markets for various sports, such as football, basketball, tennis, eSports and many obscure sports, where some of them required manual trading, which I perform on a high level.

I monitored and compared our odds with market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.

I monitored real time events in the games I was covering, adjusting odds if needed in response to injuries, weather conditions and game momentum.

I also managed and analyzed bets made by our clients, investigate irregular bets, and solve them according to our rulebook.

I settled pre-match odds, which included scorers, yellow/red cards (players, O/U, min of the card), corner bets, points, rebounds and assists on basketball matches, turrets (inhibtors) O/U, maps (rounds) O/U, kills O/U in eSport games I was covering, and so on.
