My first job gave me valuable experience, and I have been working in an office environment for almost four and a half years. My responsibilities include handling customer complaints, working at the front desk, answering emails, messages, and phone calls, and making sure clients have a great vacation experience. I also prepare the work for the following day and coordinate with cleaners by answering their calls and directing them to their next condo assignment. At the end of the day, I organize and file all the work I completed, both physically and digitally on the computer, and I also handle payments for employees. In addition, I would like to learn payroll processing, since it is also done at my workplace. Although one specific person is currently responsible for it, I already have a basic understanding of how payroll works.
