• Oversee a contextualized and robust family literacy program of more than 20 English classes across 5 school districts with over 350 adult learners enrolled.

• Implement and facilitate Spanish language 10-week series "Abriendo Puertas" (Parent Leadership Program) at Cultural Centers.
• Liaise with Migrant Program State personnel to provide ongoing administrative and data entry support.
• Plan and facilitate English Learner Department initiatives through various workshops, parent meetings, and new hire training.
