Inside 430 I have been trained in and excel in every product that we do. I have my carbon and pre break certifications as well as forklift operator license. I have been trusted with and trained multiple new hires inside of 430, always showing the correct ways and following SWI procedures. I know how to deep clean all rooms including the crusher, I also know how to set up the rooms for whichever product we may be running that day. I have been trusted with running small things like Tipover Drums, SRK, and O19. I pay very close attention to detail when watching what my room leads and assistants do being helpful and doing what I can to make the day go smoother. I can fix the computers when they have small little issues and change the paper on the printer machines in a timely manner. I make it a goal to learn as much as possible about the rooms and products that we do.

As an Apprentice Carpenter at Brook Contracting I worked in the field as well as in the shop. While working in the field I've developed many skills such as paint, hang and finish drywall, metal and wood framing, I have experience in flooring all types, tile showers, ceiling grid, all things renovation.
I also stocked and organized work trailers which involved ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are accounted for, properly stored, and easily accessible. By labeling items and designating spots for each, I helped the crew stay efficient and minimize delays. Safety equipment should also be checked and ready for use, ensuring a smooth start to the workday. Proper organization sets the crew up for success, keeping them focused on the task rather than searching for supplies.
