I enjoy working out at Hotworx and cleansing my body, it helps me to relax and gives my brain a break from everything going on in my life. I also enjoy playing soccer, this has been my sport for 8 years and I never get tired of it! It helps me release anger and stress in a healthy way. I also get to meet many people through soccer and learn important social skills. My favorite hobby is hanging out with my friends. I am a very social, outgoing person and enjoy surrounding myself with people love, it releases all my stress and I consider it my form of "rest" from my day-to-day routine.
