  • Supervise 75 to 105 clients at any given time to promote positive offender change.
  • Work involves providing supervision to clients; conducting parole investigations; and obtaining information for and preparing parole administration documentation.
  • Visit clients residences, jails, correctional facilities, courthouses, social services, and other agencies to obtain offender information; interviews, counsels, and train offenders concerning reintegration skills to include life and cognitive skills and ABE/GED training; and evaluates client adjustment and recommends revisions to parole supervision plans.
  • Coordinate with facilities, agencies, and community organizations to prepare and facilitate implementation of an informed plan of supervision.
  • Compile information, prepare social and developmental histories, document clients supervision activities, TRAS scores and maintain required records; prepares evaluations, recommendations, and other related reports to include data-entry, retrieval, and data searches; and provide technical assistance.
  • Conduct activities to monitor client compliance with the conditions of supervision to include alcohol and drug testing.
  • Respond to inquiries from offenders and the public in person, telephonically, and in writing.
  • Perform criminal information searches and retrieval using Texas Department of Public Safety criminal history system access.
  • I also conduct investigation when the client have alleged to commit a law violations.
  • Using different programs and websites obtaining the information I need to completed the investigation.
