I am an art therapist who is also very competent in talk therapy. I've worked with clients individually, in group settings, family therapy, and couples therapy. I have worked in community mental health, hospitals, nonprofits, and private practise. Competent in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT (trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy), and Adlerian therapy. I have experience working with mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders and addiction counseling. I've primarily worked with adolescents, ages 12-19, but have also worked with younger children, adults, and elderly.
