Achievements

  • Contributed to the development of initial ISR workflow processes during the CRM adoption following the MSN acquisition.
  • Partnered with integration leaders and new ConvergeOne acquisitions to create multiple CRM tools and processes.
  • Aided Shala Pelloni, the former PSC Contract Director, in the development of the existing public sector tool utilized in CRM.
