As a recently graduated Master of Social Work, my passion for, and experience in, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy aligns perfectly with the responsibilities of this role. Through my education and experience, I formed a specific interest in the associations between child welfare and adoption experiences, the development of personality disorders, and the benefits of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My commitment to adapting complex treatment plans to clients' unique needs and experiences has consistently positively impacted clients' lives and ability to reach their life-worth-living goals.

• Special Commission of the 1993 Hague Convention, 11/2022, Attended meeting with the U.S. State Department of Children's Issues to discuss changes in the Hague Convention to create international adoption reform.
• Legislative Education Advocacy Day (L.E.A.D.), 03/2023, 02/2024, Worked alongside the National Association of Social Workers - Florida Chapter, to assist with organizing L.E.A.D, an event that brings hundreds of social work students from across the state of Florida to engage in political and social change.
• Arkansas Corporal Punishment Research Project, 02/2024 - Present, Volunteer Research Assistant working alongside doctoral student to collect data on the use of corporal punishment in Arkansas Public Schools.
• CDC and Preventing Child Abuse America Child Sexual Abuse and Education Policy Research Project, Working as a contracted research assistant with the CDC and PCAA to analyze legal and education policy surrounding child sexual abuse in all 50 states.
