As a Fulfillment Expert I would pick up items guests would order online and bag them for them to come and pick it up. Whenever we weren't busy we would help with stocking shelves or going to our abandoned items and returning them to their locations in the store.

At Dollar Tree I had mainly worked as a cashier. Whenever it would calm down I would work on putting Go-Backs back on the floor and usually did a pretty good job at clearing them all. I would work closing shifts so I would also help with closing the store and with the bank deposits and counting the safe.

When working in customer service I would mostly be taking orders and answering the phones. Behind me would be a station where I would put order labels on boxes and place them for the cooks to use. They also had me fold pizza boxes when we where out along with occasionally making pizzas on the line.
