My name is Kate Diffin, I'm 24 years old and have experience in many different fields of work. Since becoming a Teacher Assistant I've led exciting and safe activities with large groups of children while setting examples for appropriate social behavior. I talk with children about personal interests to build good relationships and trust both as a former Teacher Aide in special education and now currently as a Teacher Assistant in general education. Many people both professionally and personally would describe me as a positive role model that focus on supporting kids development and teaching them new skills. Being certified in First aid and CPR shows my dedication to creating safe space both physically, emotionally and mentally, which in turn creates an inclusive and engaging learning environments for all children. I have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple assignments concurrently, meeting deadlines. Having been a nanny in the past gave me the skills as an organized childcare professional adept at staying organized and managing hectic schedules. I am a hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level Teaching Assistant position that seeks to maintain a full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing communication, interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
