If you could see fit to recognize her in some way, or forward to the appropriate person to do so, I would appreciate it. 4. Feburary 15th, 2023 - This Bravo Award goes to Kate Schilling for her collaborative efforts in helping support our Safety Champion program in the Central and Northeast regions. On the monthly Safety Committee call, Tristan Kightly recently highlighted the Rick and Tony show and told everyone how strong and interactive the Safety Champion program is on this team. The “Rick and Tony Show” has certainly gotten a lot of buzz and it helped to set the standard on how our HSE leadership wants us to communicate within our teams. Kate has practically become the third host of the show and she is regularly adding content and lending support to Rick and Tony. I know that the “Rick and Tony Show” takes a lot of time to organize and produce and I appreciate the effort that Kate puts in to make this happen. Even when the going gets tough, Kate keeps a positive attitude and helps drive corporate safety initiatives. Keep up the great work, Kate and thanks so much for your commitment to keeping our team safe!
5. March 15th, 2023 - This Bravo Award goes to Kate Schilling for the amazing support that she gave to the Northeast and Central team to make the Corrigo roll out a successful one. Kate played a pivotal role in working with the NECTR group to ensure that she was well-versed in the new CMMS system and she was ready for the launch. Her proactiveness with getting into the CMMS system early not only wound up being a huge help to this team, but to the other regions as well. I know this was not an easy task, especially given the fact that Kate was also covering duties of the FC role as well. Kate persevered and diligently worked with the NECTR Pod Leaders to overcome any new obstacle that they encountered. I appreciate her proactiveness and her willingness to take on a challenge that often seemed overwhelming. Kate was an amazing leader to her team and a strong partner to Amanda Allen and Dave Wilts all throughout the pre-launch process. Even though our Corrigo “go live” date has now passed, Kate continues to provide unmatched support and direction to anyone who needs assistance, even if they’re not part of the Northeast or Central team. Thank you, Kate, for being such a strong trainer and a wonderful leader! We couldn’t have gotten through this without you!
