As a student, I have used my first and second semester of college to expand my knowledge of social and school balance. As someone who wanted to do more in college I have managed to join many clubs, improve my community service opportunities in starting a club, and volunteering myself at my local Food Bank. Furthermore, I have discovered my fascination with psychology through school work and my new connections with people from my breach into my community. I am excited to potentially gain a new opportunity to take my new skills to a new environment with a better program.
I am currently gaining a AHA certification in Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider, and taking classes that consist of first aid introduction, medical, trauma, and overall clearing classes through the TAMU Emergency Care team, gaining my CPR certification as well. Which I will also began to work alongside the TAMU EMS soon.
