• Organizing group activities among students to foster teamwork and social growth.
• Teaching kids techniques to form the foundation of their tennis game and build skill and athleticism
• Mediating arguments by guiding students through effective communication and importance of patience and emphasizing the importance of respect - and if needed, discipline.
• Collaborating with other coaches to create exercises and build individualized plans for each student to succeed.

(At-home position: Location of the lessons vary and lessons take place at convenient times for both me and my students, such as when I return for weekends and summers)

• Informing myself on updated exercises to aid in the development of crucial technical skills for my students.
• Navigating use of courts and coordinating a schedule with my students' parents.
• Modifying teaching style to fit each student's needs so as to more efficiently coach them.
• Using a short amount of time productively to fit in good quality, understandable coaching for children in a small period of time.

• Learned and became certified in CPR and First Aid skills necessary for the job.
• Enforced a safe environment for swimmers and non-swimmers by enforcing pool rules and monitoring the pool area.
• De-escalated tense situations involving members and swimmers.
