Self-motivated professional with strong customer service and communication skills. Well-versed in speaking with customers, assessing their needs, and helping them to find products that will achieve the goals. Inspired by creating great experiences that generate returning customers.

• I volunteered with Citizen Heights Church in Washington, DC for a year and did everything from welcoming and hosting new people, to keeping the bathrooms clean. I was also responsible for training new volunteers in how to properly clean the lobbies, bathrooms, and kitchen. I was always happy to help and finding different ways to serve the church. I also worked as a Sunday school teacher and assistant, working to provide what the teacher needed and to keep the children engaged and learning.
• I volunteered with RAINN and met with politicians to discuss law reform on how childhood assault cases are handled.
• I am now working to build my YouTube page to encourage survivors of trauma to live their lives with a feeling of empowerment and to create a sense of safety they felt had been lost.

I actively teach myself new skills and have completed online courses from institutes such as Harvard and Stanford to expand my knowledge.

I believe in honesty and integrity, and I live my life looking to daily improve myself and bring joy to others.
