While being employed as an RCA my duties have included maintaining resident's dignity and rights, assisting patients with limited mobility, answering call lights in a timely manner, and providing residents with their meal services. Meal services included serving food, providing drinks and cleaning up after the service had ended. Other responsibilities included filling out menus, stocking rooms, answering phones, and assisting with patient care under direct supervision of a nurse. I take pride in engaging residents daily in a friendly and compassionate manner. I am the most proud of the rapport I have made with the people I work with. Everyone around me was comfortable and felt at ease asking me for help or favors.

While employed at Walmart, My duties were to aid customers in completing their purchases, and assist them in locating specific products in a friendly and timely manner. I was in charge of my register's money and was responsible for keeping it balanced. When not assisting customers, I would support my coworkers in maintaining, the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. These procedures included zoning the area; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning and organizing product displays, and mitigating theft by applying EAS security tags.
