I manage and run all my bar shifts efficiently and effectively especially my day shifts that I work alone. I am my own bar back those days as well. I also work high volume weekend nights. We are a blues bar so it gets pretty packed and crazy quick. I do make bank bags for shifts while our owner can't be there or is out of town.
