Recreation Ministry

• Performed administrative duties such as managing the schedule of the building and coordinating schedules and responsibilities of team members
• Proficient in all church systems including Touchpoint, Espace, Quickscores, Kronos, and Microsoft Suite

Biblical Counseling Ministry

• Counseled girls and women from the ages of middle school to college through various life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, identity, etc
• Oversaw the assimilation of all faith decisions made after Sunday morning worship and provided decision counseling to individuals of all ages

Leadership Development Ministry

• Recruited and interviewed candidates for the church's intern program
• Heavy involvement in the technical systems and processes of interviews and recruitment
• Worked side-by-side with the Director of Leadership Development to implement ministry strategy

High School Ministry

• Planned and executed weekly student worship services
• Consistent weekly teaching and mentoring/discipleship of high school girls
• Planned logistics, details, and spiritual elements of camp for 450 students and 50 leaders
• Ongoing recruitment and and equipping of adult volunteers and student leaders

• Received training in cultural studies, missions training, and cultural contextualization
• Taught English in virtual and in-person classroom environments to elementary, middle and high school students, and adults
• Built cross-cultural relationships and shared the Gospel with teachers and students
