Since starting in 2015, at Charles River’s (CRL) department Genetically Engineered Models and Services (GEMS). I started as a temporary support technician and was quickly hired as a permanent technician. During my first year, I learned extensive knowledge in handling and working with mice and rats. My understanding and dedication for animal care led me to be rapidly being promoted. I have since then transition to the In Vivo Biosafety (IVB) department which have allow me to learn a plethora of new skill sets. Throughout my career at CRL, I have become a proven team player with the ability to meet deadlines, manage high priority projects, and better understand the species we work with.
