  • Participate in weekly IDG meetings and oversee patient care for an average census of 60-70 home hospice patients
  • Develop physician narratives for patient's hospice certification and re-certification of terminal illness
  • Complete palliative care consultations on patient’s admitted to three hospitals within the Trinity Health System: Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Nazareth Hospital, and St. Mary’s Medical Center
  • Supervise and serve as collaborating physician for nurse practitioners on Vitas palliative care consultation service
  • Serve as a mentor to medical students, residents, and fellows fostering growth in clinical knowledge and skills
