Trusted Human Resources Advisor, Leadership Coach and expert in organizational development, change management and people strategies in high growth, fast paced environments.

I began my Human Resources career working with associates, and client leaders over 25 years ago. I did not choose HR, it chose me. Through a series of amazing companies, cultures, mentors, leaders, and colleagues, I leaned into a continuous learning journey. Each chapter of my career has been rich with lessons and knowledge, rich with success and accomplishments, and yes, failure. Each path (and detour) of my professional journey has allowed me to create the road map to follow my passion for helping people identify their full potential, personally and professionally. My path to becoming a Coach.

Pivoting my career, and now an ICF Executive Coach, my mission remains unchanged. My passion is to support my clients as they navigate the complexities of their professional journey. To help them experience learning that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential and thrive as they accelerate their growth, hone their leadership skills and learn how to engage their teams to achieve optimal business outcomes. I am grateful my path has led me to a place where I can now accomplish this mission using the ICF core competencies, and leadership coaching, in all its forms, as my platform.

My techniques help clients learn, understand and accelerate their development, their performance and impact. By creating a safe, exploratory environment, driven by thought provoking questions and candid conversations, my clients achieve clarity and transformational growth. They begin to visualize and create their personal road map to become great leaders.
