Answered calls regarding questions about drug screen results. Made calls to employers for their employees to better explain results. Reviewed drug screen results with donors. Learning medical terminology to better explain results to donors when asking questions. Learning computer skills to work different browsers when having to send out results to companies.

Accepted calls with parents about scheduling for their children’s appointments. Organizing files in correct order to easily find. Looking at schedules and seeing where to fit people in and having time management to know how long each appointment would take depending on procedures.

Collected cash, card, and check payments for items in the store. Helped customers better understand products we sold and helped them find what was best fit for them. Making sure the store is clean and well stocked when slowed down.
