The improvements under this contract consists of milling and resurfacing, pavement widening,curb and gutter, sidewalk, traffic seperators, Gravity walls, drainage improvements, detectable warning mats, signing and pavement markings, signalization and other incidental work for resurfacing and safety upgrades to SR 520 in Brevard County from MP 0.578 to MP 1.142 through downtown historic section. I am VT inspector over project. I test concrete, asphalt and soils. Input results from testing in MAC system. Perform inspections of quality and spec requirements per FDOT. Meet with shop owners and private citizens to resolve any issues that might arise during the construction. Input days activities into PRC system. Quantify for pay estimates.

Hickory Street, City of Melbourne, LAP Project, Brevard County. I was City representative on project. Project was an urban reconstruction I inspected operations for compliance with plans and FDOT requirements. Met with various utilities for co ordination of schedules. Met with private citizens to resolve any issues. Tested concrete, asphalt and soils. Monitoring traffic and pedestrian safety @ Holmes Regional Hosp. Inspected backfill of trenches, aggregate base-course and sub-grade to assess moisture, compactness and approval for pavement process. Included stamped colored asphalt and concrete sidewalks, landscaping and hardscaping. Signalization, curbs and gutters and traffic striping.

East- West Rail Project Brightline. Realignment of SR 528 over I-95. We provided quality control services for the contractor, Granite Construction. Our role was to ensure the rail project is constructed according to contract requirements. And roadways were built per FDOT standards. Inspected and reported contractor and subcontractor activities. Monitored installation of 5.6 million CY of embankment , over 1 million SF of MSE walls, 40,000 LF of drainage pipe. Excavated retention ponds and a water feature adjacent to railway.

I served as the Earthwork and Concrete coordinator on Florida's Turnpike system. I provided support and supervision to Independent Assurance staff in coordinating density logbook reviews and IA evaluations of project staff. Assist in support of concrete IA staff. performed review of earthwork lab materials acceptance and certification entries to ensure testing is being performed completely and at required frequencies, review MAC for material acceptance. Reviewed QC plans for earthwork activities. Reviewed and distributed density logbook reviews. Attended pre- construction meetings related to earthwork activities. Provided support for CEI and contractor field staff including interpretation of project specifications and other earthwork materials issues. Maintained records of IA's and project reviews . Supported the state materials office in development and implementation of earthwork policies and procedures. Provided forensic investigations of failing roadway materials. Technical support for construction, maintenance and design as necessary.

SR 301 Truck Bypass.

Inspected and reported contractor activities. I monitored installation of MOT and performed daily inspections. Performed density tests on embankment, subgrade and base and recorded in logbooks. Assisted other senior in locating old wells, structures and location markers. Monitored and tracked clearing and grubbing. Tracked pay quantities.

SR 415 Pahokee:

Monitored and tracked mill and resurface, new guardrail installation, new striping and new handicap ramps.

TPK Kissimmee Pkwy to Osceola Pkwy.

Inspected milling and resurfacing operation. Performed temps on trucks, checked cross slopes and marked for FDOT core locations. Tracked new guardrail and lighting installation. Reported all contractor and subcontractor operations.

Concrete Earthwork Specialist:

Performed Independent assurance to assure field technician in field are capable of performing proper testing of concrete and soils on 9 active projects from Ft. Pierce to Florida City. Researched and approved concrete mix designs for use on each project. Entered information into the LIMS system. Tested new MAC system in beginning phases. Performed process reviews and research information for DDM's. Performed reviews on log books and reported any deficiencies. Review and approve time through the workspace program to pay sub-consultants.

Senior Roadway Inspector:

Project was to widen 3 lane road to 6 lanes.

Inspection and reporting daily activities ( concrete, asphalt and soils), coordination with contractor and subcontractors. Monitored moving of 36" water main and 5 other utilities. Tracked quantities for pay and prepared final estimates package.

I-95 widening 4 lanes to 6.

Inspected and reported daily activities, coordination with contractor's field personnel, project logbooks preparation and document. Tracked pay quantities, materials testing, project coordination of utilities, and assisting with final estimates package. Inspected and performed density testing on embankment, subgrade and base, input results in logbooks. performed tests on concrete. Assure FDOT standards and specifications are being met

SR429/SR414 Re-alignment of 451 for OOCEA

Performed material testing on 12 bridges and 8 new ramps, documented test results in logbooks. Coordinated with contractor's personnel and utilities. Inspected and reported contractors daily work activities. Tracked quantities for pay. Provided documentation for final estimates package.

OOCEA wide sign contract:

Monitored upgrades to single and multi post signs. Inspected pavement markings for compliance with FDOT standards and specifications. Checked reflectivity and thickness of thermoplastic striping at various locations on the expressway.

SR528 OOCEA Toll plaza Improvements Subcontracted to A2 group.

Inspection and reporting of contractor daily activities, coordination with contractors field personnel and utilities. Documenting test results in logbooks, tracking pay quantities. Materials sampling and testing. Assure QC plan is being followed. Assisting with preparation of final estimates package.

Signal Systems Group 3 Sebastian Fl. D4

Monitored and reported installation of fiber optic interconnect to existing signalized intersections. Installed traffic monitoring cameras at 9 intersections and replacing the existing signal strain poles with mast arms. Performed testing for drill shafts.
