15 years of current Hospice experience mainly with Dementia patients.

Worked at HOPE HOSPICE with End of life patients, most had Dementia.I practiced in Assisted Living Facilities,Nursing Homes and private homes. As a Professional Guardian this experience has greatly helped me with reading the Examining Committee  reports as I am able to better understand the potential ward and what situation they are in plus make a more comprehensive evaluation of the person.
