- Created a Management Development program that combines soft skills training as well as technical training to promote new managers from within, leading to consistency in operational practices.
- Worked closely with Encompass personnel to design and implement a companywide training program to manage the adoption of Encompass from MortgageWare.
- Created a college-type training program curriculum by position to facilitate associates' learning of additional skills to advance their career path.
- Created a formal Compliance Training program and vetted it with agency representatives, as well as our attorneys, to ensure it was a comprehensive program that addressed all the legal requirements of the mortgage business.

- Implemented the rollout of the LMS platform to assign and track all required training.

- Led cross-functional teams (IT, Production, Operations, Underwriting, and Quality Control) to modify systems to work with Loan Prospector and re-engineer workflow to maximize benefits from the new technology.
- Spearheaded the development of training materials and the presentation of all materials to all groups.
- Based on the success of the Loan Prospector rollout, I was assigned to reintroduce the use of Desktop Underwriter to the organization, which was initially rolled out prior to my being hired, but it was not readily adopted.
- I successfully reintroduced Desktop Underwriter to the organization, and at that time, managing training was added to my duties.
- Also, I started and managed our agency's condo approval process when it was turned over from Lennar Building Divisions to the Mortgage Division in 2009, in addition to other duties.
