- Started working alongside my mother at the age of eleven. Making homemade breads, sweet breads, and a array of soups and stews. This continued into our family owned business. I started making all the pizzas and hot and cold sandwiches by the age of fourteen. All while going to school, playing softball, dance and gymnastics. My passion and creativity blossomed. I wanted to learn more. My mother taught me how to create full meals. It had to make sense. Then came desserts. I've had many mentors along the way. Catered to some well known celebrities....
