Coordinate cross-team content for SMG manager communications, including newsletters and replay notes, to advance manager expectations on topics such as inclusive hiring, Rewards, program updates, learning initiatives, lean spending, and culture.
  • Created SMG Staff quote video for i360 Learning Day platform to advance Customer First mindset and link virtual i360 theme to in-person event.

  • SMG Gives Back - Coordinate and deploy global volunteer opportunities annually. In 2023, resulted in 3932 volunteer hours contributed by SMG employees.
  • SMG Connect - Plan and deploy SMG Connect events globally to rebuild trust in leadership and belief in Intel strategy, drive culture transformation, and boost employee morale. In 2023, deployed 17 SMG Connect events with positive employee feedback on post-event surveys.
  • Created and deployed SMG Connect with CEO Pat Gelsinger, broadcasted to all SMG employees globally and followed by highlight reel on C+.
  • Great Place to Work (GPTW) Events - Supported ~40 Great Place to Work (GPTW) events globally in 2023 to rebuild community and SMG culture.
  • End of Year Thank You Events - Orchestrate and deploy large-scale end of year thank you events for 7000 SMG employees, including year-end site parties, virtual magic show, and John Legend concert.
  • SMG Mission and Identity Refresh - Led seven-month Transformation Program Office project to refresh SMG mission statement and identity tagline. Resulted in refreshed version of both, and the new tagline being the 2024 i360 theme.
