I am compassionate about my work no matter what the job is. I am a fast learner who is very good with managing time to get jobs done in a timely manner. My experience with helping others has made me a strong candidate for a customer service job.
I do many jobs at Collins Cardiology. I am over a job called the "nursing box" and I call patients with their lab results, medicine changes, request medical records, and check on our patients who are in the hospital. I also put in the doctor's orders when he is seeing patients, so that way the people at the front office know what the patient needs to come back for. Before I had the nursing box, I worked in the front office answering calls and answering questions regarding insurance. Also, I have worked patients up, which includes getting their health history in full detail, medications, and vital signs. Many of times I have been called a "floater" because I can do all the jobs in the office that are needed when somebody is out. Prior to this job, I had no experience in the medical field besides clinicals. Everything I know is what I learned after starting.
At The Shack, I started off at the front counter, taking orders, and taking the food out to the tables. Then, after being there for a few months, they moved me to the kitchen, taking orders to the drive-thru and working on the fryer and grill. I had to answer the phone to accept any orders, and we also had to work online with orders. About 3 to 4 months before leaving, I served as the kitchen's assistant manager, where I had to put together the specials for the next week, write checks, and gather the deposit.
I am a 23 year old female who is married with one kid and two dogs. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, attending church, watching football, and playing golf.
