• Created and maintained team intranet SharePoint site for ease of access to critical clinical information and links.
• Spearheaded the implementation of a food pantry to address food insecurity within patient population in partnership with the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
• Lead two highly successful triennial surveys by The Joint Commission, achieving a flawless record with no findings or issues identified.
