Summary

While my professional background has always been rooted within veterinary medicine, one of my leading talents has always been my natural aptitude for growing and nurturing relationships. While a deep appreciation for animals and the desire to foster the human-animal bond is mandatory, so much of applied veterinary medicine is actually focused on people; rather than their animal counterparts.

From my time spent working clinically in bustling veterinary hospitals, to the past decade leading a team in a dynamic software and business development setting, my abilities to learn quickly, optimize workflow, and produce success have always been a directly fueled by my adamance to honor and grow relationships.

I'm a proven collaborative leader with a dedication to partnering with coworkers to promote engaged, empowering work culture. I thrive in environments that demand individuals to explore new challenges, grow in unexpected ways, and rise up together to succeed as a whole.

Hard problems often require complex and creative solutions. The most clever answers are often the result of shared passion for a cause, genuine dedication to the journey, and the ability for a seemingly diverse group of players to all come together in unison to create something incredible. I seek out roles that allow me to be a catalyst and facilitator for such innovation.

I am an analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, mindfully improving operational optimization, and excel at customer relations aptitude and relationship-building skills. My mindful decision-making skills, robust communication skills, genuine passion, and ability to organize strategy and execute priorities have allowed me to positively produce both company successes and grow bonded, empowered teams throughout every walk of my career.
