• Maintain all safety records and reporting

• Investigation of injury's and/or accidents, following proper Safety procedures

• Participate in post bidding and negotiation of project scope of work
• Review project estimate and verify accuracy of entry into job cost system as well as accuracy of initial estimate
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Collaborate with owners and facilities managers to determine the specifications of the project
• Review and track materials and equipment delivery dates
• Assist with obtaining proper equipment or subcontracted vendors for projects
• Visit projects sites
• Provide technical support and leadership to the field team
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Monitor onsite labor requirements to maintain project schedule
• Provide material takeoff, estimate and pricing for changes to work scope. Track all scope changes to ensure they are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner
• Coordinate completion of projects and follow ups with field team
• Track Purchase Orders for supplies
• Track all credit card purchased, supplies and fuel

Logistics Analyst
• Obtain in-depth understanding of diverse needs of each client to be the best at serving their needs
• Use knowledge of all business lines to coordinate and troubleshoot in fast-paced environment
• Key client liaison
• Intermodal trucking import/export project management using Profit Tools
• Liaise with intermodal steamship lines to ensure accurate shipping of all containers
• Coordinate drivers to ensure timely, professional delivery of all shipments
• Track all shipping containers from client to steamship line and from port to rail
• Ensure all export loads are picked up and delivered expeditiously and tracking those loads through Excel, emails and phone calls
• Vacation coverage for every colleague throughout the business
• Continue to cover all responsibilities of the Orders Coordinator, Office Administrator, Repairs Specialist, Billing Specialist and Dispatch Specialist positions as needed

Office Administrator
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Track use of all tools that keep employees productive

• Sending and updating rates through rapid, organized communications with clients, freight forwarders and steamship lines

Repairs Specialist
• Manage breakdown services by location
• Communicate with authorized vendors within close proximity
• Ensure minimum wait time
• Negotiate competitive pricing
• Guarantee quality repairs
• Continue to cover all responsibilities of the Billing Specialist position as needed

Billing Specialist
• Keep communication lines open with intermodal steamship lines and forwarders

Dispatch Management Specialist
• Planning freight to match with driver location and availability
• Contacting steamship lines and chassis providers to plan and confirm equipment availability
• Tracking of equipment to confirm availability
