  • I am responsible for the care of all equine patients and hospital cleanliness.
  • Daily tasks include taking vitals, medication administration (oral, IV, IM, etc.), IV fluid therapy, charting accurately, patient intake/discharge, stocking, cleaning stalls and general restraint.
  • I also assist in surgeries by prepping the room and patient, be an extra hand for the doctors as well as clean up and post op care.
