- Oversee all facets of recruiting resulting in six recruiting classes ranked in top six nationally, and 5 individually ranked #1 prospects in NCAA Division 1 Women's Lacrosse
- Establish personal relationships nationally with prospects, families, coaches, and guidance counselors
- Generate specific candidate pool for program through strategic placement of advertisements, evaluation of applicant credentials, and conducting initial interviews and pre-screening assessments
- Leverage social media platforms to advertise program successes and engage with potential prospects
- Follow up with notable prospects via industry-specific pipelines and events
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of team to forecast program needs and create effective screening processes
- Compile and produce qualified prospects information for review and liaised between parties to coordinate formal visits and experiences
- Track prospects and push for feedback on disqualifications, time-to-fill information and other variables
- Operate and maintain applicant tracking and prospect management systems
- Advise and counsel managers and staff to uphold program policies and NCAA regulations
- Perform full cycle recruiting for 10-12 vacancies annually
- Collect and analyze information to monitor compliance outcomes and identify and address trends of non-compliant behavior
- Increased office efficiency by effectively organizing and managing internal communications, correspondence, and filing systems of confidential records
- Provide honest and constructive feedback individually to all constituents throughout year to create clear, tangible goals and path to achieve them
