- One of the struggles that came with leadership was unpredictable moments, which called for improvising. I started working at QFC while I was still in High School, wanting something to do with my free time as a fully online student. Covid was hard on me as a high schooler, and getting a job and getting out more fully altered my life for the better. As I’ve grown as a person and my skills improved with it, I gained the courage to go to university and pursue my dreams. I don’t want to stick to just one job forever though, and I wish to expand my skillset by working in other positions while I go through my next few years of education.
